RETURNS
14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Note: The following items are non-returnable:
Customized or personalized products.
Perishable goods.
Sealed products where the seal has been broken (e.g., hygiene products).
How to Return an Item
Contact us at ajwpreston@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address or a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Ship the item back to us at your own expense, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your return is approved but the item is not received within 14 days of the return request, we will cancel the refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
